Klaatu is a green-skinned Nikto, more precisely a Kadas'sa'Nikto – a species known for its scaly skin and symmetrically arranged facial horns. As a player and mechanic on Jabba's sail barge, he is familiar to Star Wars fans as an adversary of Luke Skywalker. He was disarmed by the Jedi during the battle at the Great Shaft of Carkoon.
